Had a great stay at Atrium! Super comfy room, perfect for catching up on work. Breakfast was delicious and everyone at the front desk was really helpful. Only issue was the water fluctuating a bit in the shower, but didn't ruin my time!

poor service

inadequate facilities

after enduring a very uncomfortable shower that fluctuated between boiling and freezing, I found myself waiting ages for room service which only swept the carpets! felt like I was the only guest needed squarely ignored. a complimentary bottle of water woudl ve been a nice touch but alas, I guess that's just asking too much.

The hotel's location is superb, just a short walk to the U-bahn, making it easy to explore Berlin.

The water in the shower fluctuated between hot and cold, making showers a bit uncomfortable.

Room temperature regulation was frustrating as water fluctuated between hot and cold!!! Limited parking options made it a hassle for those arriving by car!!! The bathroom lighting was inadequate, making it feel like an afterthought!!!

The fridge in the room was a great feature, allowing us to store snacks and drinks. The large balcony provided a lovely space to relax. Access to the Metro station and nearby shops made exploring easy and convenient. The communal breakfast offered the basics, which reminded me of home-cooked simplicity.

One downside was the water temperature in the shower, which fluctuated unpredictably.
