Hotel Atrium - Berlin

The hot water was inconsistent during showers, but the fridge in the room was helpful.

I booked a room with an exceptionally comfortable bed, a flat-screen TV with cable channels, central heating, and a refrigerator. The breakfast was good, they make variety of meals.

Had a great stay at Atrium! Super comfy room, perfect for catching up on work. Breakfast was delicious and everyone at the front desk was really helpful. Only issue was the water fluctuating a bit in the shower, but didn't ruin my time!

Hotel is very nicely situated in Berlin, easy to travel to the center by U-train/bahn. Nicelooking, old rooms. Quiet place to stay.

This is not a Hotel, this is a Hostel or B&B. Old, stinky "hotel". Smells moldy. They inform that they have a parking space, Well.. suprise suprise.. No room to park. We had to leave our car over 1 km away. Breakfast was ok, if you only like to have coffee and bread. Staff was somewhat ignorent.

That was nice hotel set in lovely area, near many services and restaurants, supermarkets and the subway. I liked that the food for breakfast was DELICIOUS. The room I was given was bright and amazingly comfortable with a pull-out armchair, a fridge and a balcony. The staff members were all adorable and great.

After enduring a very uncomfortable shower that fluctuated between boiling and freezing, I found myself waiting ages for room service which only swept the carpets! Seemed like I was the only guest needed squarely ignored. A complimentary bottle of water woudl ve been a nice touch but alas, I guess that's just asking too much.

Location was ok for the shops around it.

Staff were a bit surly, took some time to get to from the hauptbahnhof, the double room we booked had two single beds separated by a bedside table, internet connection was appalling and it was generally quite a poor service.

The decor is tired, the wifi only worked intermittently, and there was very little hot water.

Request extra pillows for added comfort and check local parking options ahead, as on-site availability is limited.

The room was spacious and clean, free private parking, polite staff. Good position of the hotel in quiet and nice neighborhood, close to u bahn. Wireless internet connection had perfect signal and was very fast without any problem. Breakfast was nice but very simple continental type. This hotel offers everything you need for great price. It is not luxurious, but for 2 day city trip was more than ok. I would stay here again if I visit Berlin in the future.

Althought the room was very clean and tidy, the colour and design of the carpet and courtans was ugly. That gave much more cheaper and older look to the room.

The hotel's location is superb, just a short walk to the U-bahn, making it easy to explore Berlin.

The water in the shower fluctuated between hot and cold, making showers a bit uncomfortable.

1) What I most liked was the location (close to Guntzelstrasse station, only 3 metro stations south of Zoologischer Garten). It will take you only 10 minutes until Zoo. 2) The hotel had free WiFi, which had worked quite well. All in all, reasonable value for money.

The hotel is quite simple. Nothing above the minimum. The reception closes at 9pm so that is fo arrive later than that you receive a key and must enter through one door located nearby.

An excellent value for money hotel. Extrmely clean with friendly helpful staff and conveniently located for the U-Bahn. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean reasonably priced place to stay for a few days.
